Janet joined the Premier, Hon Colin Barnett MLA, and the Minister for Health, Hon Dr Kim Hames MLA, on a site visit of Fiona Stanley Hospital in Murdoch.  She toured the site and was updated on the progress of the building of the hospital.

The Government has said the hospital will be completed on time in December 2013 and will take in its first patients by May 2014.

This state-of-the-art hospital will be a world class medical facility and will become the major tertiary hospital for members of the community within the Alfred Cove Electorate.
